Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana, via United Parcel Service. UPS Ground service is the standard shipping method; all rates are based on the total weight of your order. Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. A handling/processing fee applies to each item in an order. For express delivery to the West Coast or East Coast States the option of 3 Day Select services is also available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding which express service to select for arrival on specific day. Please double check your shipping information to ensure your order is delivered to you in a timely manner. Marble Products International cannot guaranty the date or time of any delivery.

Orders place before 12:00pm EST. will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders place after the 12:00pm cut off will be shipped out the next business day. Orders place on Fridays after the 12:00pm cut off or on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday. No orders will be sent on a holiday in which UPS is closed.

Note: UPS does not deliver to APO or P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address on the order form.  If using a rural route number, include the nearest cross street to ensure proper delivery.
